i really do love this calendar, but i'd only recommend it if you were only planning to look at it and/or cross off days; if you actually plan on keeping track of events, i do not recommend this one. there's no space for words & most of the colors are too dark -- you'd need a white pen in order to see what you wrote. the holidays are listed off to the side with their appropriate dates instead of actually on the day due to the aforementioned, so if that's a problem for you as well, you won't want this calendar. it's very visually pleasing, but not as functional as i needed it to be.
I LOVE this calendar. Second year in a row to order from this publisher. It's my new yearly go too. Not to frilly. Simple sweet sayings. Good art. Love it!
