I bought this book because I would like to learn to cut basic haircut at home without going to beauty school. I figured maybe this book has a step by step techniques from comb and scissor to clippers... Not really. It's actually a textbook that explained general terminology of hair cutting process..not what I was looking for..I was looking for book that would show me what type of haircuts and it's step by step process and techniques to accomplish such haircut. But other than that this book is okay for general lesson of barbering.
The book is good to read as long as you enjoy reading up on older editions.
So happy to have found a copy of this barbering book. It's in great shape and will help when studying for the state exams.
